I also have such a case of BMW G12 740i,
with DSC, the car sees DSC and does not report a fault, but it is not visible to the ISTA, ESYS, INPA, etc. software I have already had such cases (DME/DDE, DSC, etc.), usually it is enough to program the GW gate with the latest psdzdata and flexray modules are back or open the channels in tool32 and reprogram the GW gateway but now it doesn't help... and everything is OK for the car If my post helped you hit the thanks and reputation button!

You can try generate svt_soll and write it then open port with tool32 and reset
