and the same result on all 3 PCs I have, all with latest WIN10 64bit.
Firewall and all the rest is OFF


You have on picture a ARM versions but for windows 64bit you need this FeatureInstaller_Windows64bit_v1.0.14.9.7 wink 

I tried ALL Versions! I cannot open any of these
