RAM Module Compatibility Search
Hi,
Can anyone assist with a part number search for a RAM Module I bought for a TV Retrofit in a G05? I have tried ETK, PartsLink & Google but nothing comes up. The part number is: 65 12 5 A0B 697 The CP Vin in the unit was: CERTDEKR40H002530 but this doesnt seem to be a valid vin. ISTA & eSys show as an incorrect part number if I do a Programming plan & wants me to install part no. 5 A86 486, however eSys flashed it successfully after clicking HW-IDs from SVT Actual. |

RE: RAM Module Compatibility Search
This part number is not in the KIS database. Looking at the part number and VIN, I think this is a module from a "test car". I have a similar RAM module and use it without problems. Except that the car is not programmed via ISTA.

RE: RAM Module Compatibility Search
That would explain it, thank you for the reply, I may have to change it as the car is under warranty & I dont want to cause issues if it has to be programmed.
