6WB Retrofit Issue
Hi, having issues retrofiting a 6WB to F10 pre LCI 2011. Got the cluster, read 35160, but in there i see only 2 short vin's no long vin at all. So i try to change only them and write with R270 but it wont do it, says i need to erase km first. So i try that, but it gets stuck, seems like R270 cant do it. It did something strange with the mileage it like reduced but by like 1000km, something very small. Anyways i replaced the VINs on the 35160, only the 2 short ones with 7 VIN digits. Go to car to try and code, but get WDBI_CPS error, seems like VIN is wrong or something. Could this be a damaged eeprom, or did i maybe not solder it good? Any thoughts what to do in this situation?

R270 does not do 35160wt eeprom.

There some differents SW Version on 35160WT. 4x 7 digit Vins, 1x 17 Digit Vin and 3x 7 digit and so on. Just search with HXD inside the dump.
But you still need the right programmer like CG PRO for example |

Issue is fixed. 35160 wasn't soldered on completely by my mistake. I did 95320 also and all is good. Only thing is i don't get navigation info from CIC? I did VO coding on both kombi and cic. Any thoughts?
EDIT: I don't get information on where to turn left or right, where to go, on my kombi or my HUD, all is empty. |
