Thanks a lot for your time but.... still did not work. Only option is to deinstall, am giving up.

Anyway, the fact is I can do everything in ISTA with it (install and test sensors, test the module, read the state, etc) but to do anything else, such as create a measures plan to do whatever, it will say: "Remove RDC"! as the first option. So, to do whatever in the future with ISTA (update software, do maintenance plans, etc) I will have to unplug the RDC.

I suspect Esys knows RnineTs should not have RDCs and as such, requests the module to be removed regardless.

Did you added RDC in FA ?
You can try to change typecode in FA just for TAL calculation. Just make esys think that's a motorbike that is allowed with RDC - that should help to inject your VIN but not sure if it will help with ISTA procedures.
