I020 esys connection issue
Has anyone had issues connecting to an I020 iX with esys using an icom?
It connects in ISTA ok but will not read the GW in esys |

I am getting this error:
Execution of command "requestFaFromMaster" failed. [C005] Exception: ============================================ ECUId:VCM_0x10 job failed with negative response error: code: TIMEOUT P2/T2 occurred description: T2 timeout on Service RDBI_FA has error in result: [Severity=2051][ErrorCode=58640][ErrorCodeDescription=resource not available][VendorCode=2008][VendorCodeDescription=T2 timeout occured]; LinkName: VCM_ETHERNET severity: ERROR ============================================ I have tried 22.06 locally & 22.10 via Car Connector, looking at ICOM it seems all ports are available ISTA Locally talks ok which is so strange, I'm thinking maybe ICOM has a fault |

Sounds like your connection string in ESys is WRONG. Or maybe chosen wrong chassis... Or firewall... Or ICOM... But IF ISTA does not complain if you go to programming tab, then ICOM is working ok. MANY possibilities with the almost ZERO amount of data you provided.
P.S. ICOM issue UNLIKELY based on that screenshot. If ICOM can talk to you via web browser and to a car by ITSELF (because sees units BEHIND gateway), then it WORKS. |
