The guy who owns this pulled the battery, fitted an upgraded fuel pump as it's supercharged and has now lost the ability to turn off DSC with the button on the SMG shifter surround.
Totally stumped me as it's giving zero fault codes, the remap was already in place before the fuel pump was fitted.
This is just starting the car and trying to turn off DSC, button does nothing. Press the M button and still no DSC light will come on.
I cleared all faults, flashed the DSC, default coded, calibrated, still nothing. Everything seems to check out but he can't turn off traction like he could prior to pulling the battery. The battery has been left off for a week at one stage while he was away and still nothing.

Any help with this one would be appreciated

2006, CIC retrofit with the original build year in the fa

you verified button is working with status request? if so then make a bench back up of the DME if possible. reflash the DME to stock and recheck. If the issue is resolved, then the tuner did something wrong or someone it not telling the truth.
