Obviously, you don't have a Full Chip board. The cheapest attempt towards solving your problem is to try soldering a 10k resistor (does not have to be very small in size) and see if it works..

I am not sure if it is cheaper to buy the missing components at your neck of the woods and solder them or buy a new one, if the above does not work.

I installed all updates up to 7.76,
and in the last update it asked me for activation code:

"It is necessary to activate the application in order to be able to use them, you will now activate them"

I tried 1234567 and 02ffffff but they don't work.
Do you know the code?

No, you dont need activation code... Just make sure you have .NET 3.5 installed and start the application as Administrator..

Hello Mr simple.

I try to install diagbox from 7.02 to 7.76 (steps by steps). but after install the 7.76 and open it, the software says the Internet Was Not Performed As Expected bla bla bla. I do not know what is the problem and i uninstall and install whole night but not sucess.

do you know how to resolve that?

Ensure you have .NET 3.5 is installed and the you run DiagBox as Administrator or in Windows XP compatibility mode (in installed in Widows 8 or 10).
