RE: Bmw g11 Zgw failed during programming. Need help!
Ok, after diagnosing with ISTA-D all ECUs are green, but with ACSM and DME there is no connection (RED). Do you know why? Should I reflash whole car with ESYS or ISTA-P?
I will fire up ISTA-P with ICOM tomorrow and check whether there is a plan for it. Then I can attempt to flash using ESYS. What do you think? Thank you again. |

RE: Bmw g11 Zgw failed during programming. Need help!
As you already used ista-p on this car, go to dir C:\ProgramData\BMW\ISPI\data\TRIC\ISTA-P\Operation\Log and find file with filename something like VIN_012345_20170918_232815.istap, where VIN is equal to this G11 VIN. Extract this file with 7zip for example and you will see another file with name as VIN_012345_20170918_232815.execTAL.
Open this file with notepad or any prefered text editor and check for shimpent i-level e.g. <bauIStufe>F020-15-03-502</bauIStufe>. This is how to find the shipment ilevel. |

Yes, I found Shipment I level, it was not a problem as I had report from ISTA when it programming failed. You can see this few posts above.
What is interesting for me now (after BDC_GW was flashed correctly) why ACSM and DME is on RED on ISTA-D. No connection with them. |

RE: Bmw g11 Zgw failed during programming. Need help!
But I can't select I-step shpiment and target. Don't know why. Also ACSM, DSC, DME, EPS, HSR, DME2 SAS, are on RED in ISTA-D.
When I try to use ISTA-P it says REANIMATION, but then STATUS: not EXECUTABLE and red arrow with X. Anyone can help with that? I know that these modules are connected via FLEXRAY. Maybe after flashing BDC_GW I have to initilize flexray? |

Some days ago I faced a similar behavior with E-sys 3.28> The I-step shipment and target were not selectable. So I have to downgrade to 3.27 and It worked flawless. |
