Xentry open shell with C4 Mux
status LAN with C4 mux is connect but i trying diagnostic
show error

under

Initialization of the multiplexer has failed.

Possible causes and remedies The connection between the multiplexer and the diagnostic socket has an open circuit. The link between the diagnostic unit and the multiplexer is interrupted. The power supply at the diagnostic socket (circuit 30 and (or) circuit 31) is faulty.

Please help me...
