I have searched forum, see if i can find any solution but no luck. 

This happened after my PC went online and download/installed AddOn's 

Now, Xentry is having this error message

"Initialization of the Multiplexer has failed
Possible causes and remedies The connection between the multiplexer and the diagnostic socket has an open circuit. The link between the diagnostic unit and the multiplexer is interrupted. The power supply at the diagnostic socket (circuit 30 and (or) circuit 31) is faulty."

I found this post.

Try to update firmware

Does that fault pop up on just one car or any car? If it's every car there could be several problems. Run sd connect toolkit as administrator and run a test, make sure xentry is closed prior to doing this. Also will require it being plugged into a car. If the program starts and you receive a similar error check your IP settings. If I was in front of mine I could give you more precise instructions but hope this helps for now
