I tried to install 2 different windows xp and same result

Here is 100% working BMW Update Tool becouse i use it.
If not work for you than you make something wrong or your system is corrupt.

PS: WinKFP must be updated every time for each brand that you want to flash. There is not full update for all brands like SP-Daten.

I will repeat myself, but if you can't "run as administrator", the problem is with your computer and not INPA. Review what software you have installed (especially all kinds of "optimizers", "protectors" and so on). Or you have really bad windows. Of course you also can have a virus.

Just to agree with a few previous posters but in a different way:

I agree it can be hard to manually copy all daten files in correct way to use BMW Standard Tools so it is best to use BMW Coding Tool to perform this task.

A point that is especially worth noting is one mentioned by doktorabg : if using WinKFP with different chassis type (e.g. E89, E60, etc) than last time WinKFP was used always use BMW Coding Tool to refresh data used by WinKFP.

But back to the main problem here: From your screenshots we can see that BMW Coding Tool is not being allowed to copy all the files it needs to copy for your Standard Tools installation to work.

Unfortunately if you have actually run BMW Coding Tool as admin and seen these errors, then something is seriously wrong with your install - Windows does not have permission to let BMW Coding Tool copy files from/to where it needs to. My first guess would be that the directory it is copying to (target directory) has some stupid/non standard permissions so even a program run as admin is not allowed to copy files to there. The only other reason I can think of is if the directory with your datens (source folder) again has some stupid permissions that will not allow BMW Coding Tool run as admin to copy files from there.

All I can suggest is to change NTFS permissions for C:\EDIABAS (and all subfolders), as well as C:\NCSEXPER (and all subfolders) to allow full access by "everyone" and that should hopefully let you do the job. (Hopefully this will let you do this one task, but there will still be serious problems with your install which we haven't addressed). I would give you the path for your datens folder to change permissions on that as well, but that seems to keep changing with each different version of ISTA-P I setup.

Inpa 5.02 , Ediabas 6.4.7 , NCS V3.1.0.
Work 100% becouse i use it.
Just need to update SP-Daten.
