SD CONECT C4 FAILED
sd connect c4 fail . wont connect to car error DAS fault (1.2)-2.503.13011. this happens when i diagnosis w221 ,the car battery low . after i change new battery i diagnosis back it won't communicate with car. i suspect the software and change another hard disk because i have 2 hard disk with xentry has been used before, now the 2 also same .use toolkit to communicate with c4 ok . before this happen i install dts monoco v8 is it this can corrupted sd c4 firmware .
can some one can please help me thanks |

How is C4 connected; via WiFi or the green cable?
One should describe in detail the problem, so that each question detail does not have to be pulled from the nose. |

SOLVED i connect the multiplexer with friend laptop it can communicate with car ok. so I just download GBF and paste to my laptop WOOLO it works.
the problem are with software not the sdconnect thanks to all |
