The signal is called 58G. I think it is basically to illuminate the switch.
Guess you will need to register then.

I am trying to retrofit memory seats on a E60/61 LCI 2008. Please could you possibly provide me the file mentioned in the megalink as the file is no longer available.

Seats should move without coding as well. But the fact that ista can move the seats does not mean everything is done correctlky. Because ISTA drives the seat directly from the SMFA (seat module driver) and the SMBF (passenger). But the normal way is:

Switch on seat ---> switch cluster centre console (SZM) ----> seat module.

But on the LCI models you also need an additional module, which is called PowerElectronics. This controls the power to the seats. Without that, seats wont work properly.

Hi,

I have been trying to retrofit a comfort seats to a E60 LCI 2008 model. We have been able to get the seats working with a big issue. When I use the buttons on the passenger side the driver seat moves. However, there is no movement on the driver side switch.

Is it possible to share the wiring diagrams as well as the PDF on the mega link - the link says the file is unavailable.
