Yes, but after such upgrade, if there will be any problem with electrical system even remotely related to infotainment official dealers can and most likely will not accept your car at all. You will also loose any possibilities for any goodwill claim. So just you know. Personally, I also hate to work on such cars. You never know who did what on it so its really a pain to troubleshoot later.

Actually I bought my car as BMW premium selection 2nd hand and it’s still under warranty. In case of a mechanical issue, they shouldn’t refuse to repair it ...
Alternatively I could dismount NBT EVO before to go to the service ... |
