Hi, I have an issue with the combox.

Ive succesfully retrofited a CIC with intel´s swt patch. now I wanted to retrofit a combox media. I connected everything and now my combox isnt connecting. I changed to VO and reseted CAS and CIC. In ncs I have the modul media and if I press on it it gives me the cmedia version and seams that it can connect BUT its not working. every time i try to do SG_reset, FA_write or similar i get an error. Inpa doesnt see the combox, tool32 isn´t working on my laptop.

Does anybody had this issue too? need some help.

btw, combox is media and it an BN2000 for e series

When you code the whole bridge must need be closed, even the diagnostic socket.Try by odb

The bridge is okey. So no error on most. Anymore. I gave it power with pin 1 and 2 on the combox but nothing. No power on the usb port and and bluetooth greyed out on cic. On the diagnostic side obd/can and most is working. At the begining I gave it power on pin 2 but as it is media it required power on pin 1 and the most error was gone. But combox still not showing up. I hope there is a way to get it work.

Sooooo, Ive got it connected to the mac and got an error message from the UART output from the combox.
Interupt controller not supproted!

I think maybe the software is trash on this thing.

why don´t try to connect via Ista+? Check if there is CBX MEDIA shown or not? Maybe your settings and Data are not uptodate. f.e.in the Ediabas Folder...

Coding should work with ICOM via OBD...can not remember that I´ve used MOST_ASYNC_ab625 for coding the CBX (it´s long time ago)

Maybe I can try via Temaviewer if u want and if u are sure that your harness is ok on combox

Got the cli work but it seams that its a board error since it work for 15 seconds and than the power drops and it blocates. A bad capacitor or something similar. I will send it back where i bought it. They will send me another one.

What is the OEM number that connects the Combox to the USB port in the center console for the E9x. Unfortunately, I can't select it via Etk
