hi hojo thank you, enabled thank you too, i know winkfp is much faster but sometimes i like to do full update with ISTA because i can print it and i can show it to the future buyer of my car...

If someone knows how to change the HW index of Kombi or any module it will be more knowledge for me and for future issue
I will not try to change the index of my kombi because i know it won't help me to flash with ista

Flashing KOMBI with Winkfp will not change the VIN of the unit. For this purposes, you need to remove eeprom and change the VIN with a programmer, for example R270.

Flashing kombi with Winkfp.
And then flashing everything else with ISTA-P.
Deselect kombi with ISTA-P and then flash.

ok hojo, but if i do what you say, and i will do it because i have no choice, kombi will be updated ok, but ISTA will say again to replace KOMBI and will not let me flash

In Expert mode you can deselect the Kombi and then determine and execute the action plan.
