If you can ping NBT but still going through UDS, then edit your TAL file, search for PROTOCOL (Prefered_Protocol) and change all values to HTTP.

If you have flashed Bootloader already using UDS, then leave it alone, don't flash it again. Only do SWFLASH and IBA, just those 2.
CDDeploy (Encoding) can be done after flash manually by doing CODE, make sure you use correct FA with matching VIN.

Hi, I am in the same situation. Can you clarify where in the TAL file is the protocol part? I don't see it in the TAL xml file. My NBT Evo HU (retrofit) is wired to my donor ATM through the OABR and using the same quadlock as the NBT. Everything is behind a can filter.
