I also got the same error in 2018.
I ran it on ISTA first, but I also tried it on ESYS. I ended up redoing the flash on the original istep with esys. After that, the error disappeared with istep of psdzdata after padzdata4.38. I think there was a program error in Istep in July 2022 (22_07_50X). So I think there is no problem updating with the latest psdzdata. |
