First of all the ICOM should be configured this way:

Are you sure 3.58.3.003+ISTA/P loader 4.9+ENET cable(not ISPI Next) already totally support F series programming,include of all optical modules,like HU-H,KOMBI,etc.thx

Yes,I was sure "3.58.3.003+ISTA/P loader 4.9+ENET cable" couldn't programming optical modules,ISTA/P couldn't identified the VIN and maunal enter wasn't valid too.

FWIW, I flashed KOMBI using ISTA/P 3.59 + ENET, but I know previous versions had trouble. You could always fall back to E-sys, which has never had issues doing this over ENET.

Flashing Kombi with ISTA/P wasn`t also a problem. Only flashing NBT failed

tried today and got still that error
if I connect PC-Router-Icom do I need to change any Ip or anything in settings??

Router has to set DHCP mode.

This would apply to all F,G,I cars with the zgm,zgw which ever this car has to be able to handle the data stream you need a router in line to assist with the data transfer a straight hardwire icom to car and pc will always fail I had this happen more than once using a router is a lot cheaper than going out of pocket for a new or another used module !
