RE: ETKA 8 [Germany + International] v2017 + Latest Updates - VW/Seat/Skoda/Audi
I installed this on my windows 7 Pro 64 bit system and got it to work perfectly and update just fine. After rebooting though, the Hardlock is lost. It is hard to successfully reinstall the Hardlock; but I've done it successfully several times. When it is successful, the Harlock entries show up in Device Manager under Universal Serial Bus controllers (SafeNet Inc. Hardlock Key and SafeNet Inc. USB Key) and the program starts without error. Once I reboot, the entries disappear from Device Manager and I get the Hardlock error. This also has the same effect on my PET program. Hardlock entries present everything fine; entries missing neither program starts. ETKA 7.5 plus and PET 7.3 plus have been running fine for years with no errors before this ETKA 8.0 update. I also have cloned hard drives with the old ETKA 7.5 plus program just before updating to ETKA 8.0 and they still work perfectly. Anyone else have this problem, or any ideas for a solution?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On my Installation is still the same, would not install. Tried takis' solution as well, No go for now. I appreciate sixcode and 911turbo uploaded registry information, and I spent quite a bit of time with all that, but so far the update exe will not proceed. AJ |
