Can i read Dflash from faulty frm3 epprom with  cgpro 9s12 ??

According to the product page for he CGPro, it can read the processor, however I'm unsure if you have a way of connecting it in BDM mode.


Try poking around in the software for a wiring diagram, that also shows you which cable to use.

Personally I've done it twice with my Orange5 Clone following the linked instructions or you can use a VVDI Prog.

I read p-flash  successful but when i try to read d-flash and eeprom it shows me a message " This partition size is zero ,can not operate "

I tried that also with CGPro, and with no luck (same problem that you have). So i did it with Xprog.

Within the CG Pro software you can select the button called "Partition". This should work and solve your problem.

Uh oh, this can be a problem.

Usually with these FRM modules, you need to read the d-flash, convert it to a eeprom file, format the eeprom partition and then write the converted file to the eeprom.

Partitioning the eeprom area should delete the d-flash area as well.

If you don't have your d-flash to convert, you probably don't have a file to write to it.

If this is the case, post the numbers on the FRM box here (model etc.) to see if someone can offer a file for you to write in - may require additional programming with diagnostics after it is installed (if it works).

If you don't have your d-flash to convert, you probably don't have a file to write to it.

Yes i know that , my question is if this programmer can read dflash from this MCU to try recovery eeprom from dflash

Yes, CG Pro programmer can read DFLASH.

Use "Partition" (upper right corner) to allocate the size of the DFLASH. Use the maximum (allocated space of 32kB).

If i  use Partition the Dflash read but when i try recovery the programm show me 

"All blocks seem to be new blocks " so if i choose partition this does make new block
