XZBMW  Raw data readout for G series vehicles
Hi,

Is there any program for G series vehicles that has raw digital and analogue presentation, much like INPA has for E/F Series?

Thanks

To be honest, I havent used Tool32 before. Does it provide this kind of on-the-fly data?

This is very flexible software. You need to know a lot of arguments in order to use all the commands. Write each command manually. Or use macros as a test

Use expert mode in ISTA. Then you have it logged and single person can review it later after driving a car. With INPA you need two people - one to drive, another to look at the readings.

How exactly does this work? Do I keep ISTA running and connected while driving and then review data afterwards?

For E series, there is also a program called TestO that produces graphs, and you can save them for later viewing.

Thanks. At this time, I am not yet comfortable or knowledgeable to go full in with manual coding on my new G11. In time, I'm sure I'll get there.

Yes, it works exactly like that. You can also set some triggers for recording to start. Like reaching certain speed, or something like that. Then ISTA won't record until that condition is reached. Saving you trouble of finding proper data when you know that issue happens under certain condition only.

You're correct. I completely forgot you can load up data files for any ECU. Thanks for that.
