hi i fount the solution for update the vw i found one site and he have the updates i download three files to try and it warks. i dont know who to share the link here for the updates petka or etka so i take a screenshot, for me it ok. if i help give me some rep thanks!!

I have an outdated laptop with ETKA 8.3 and vw 1469. I have copied the DATA1 folder to my PETKA 8.5 and now I have the VW brand with the 1469 update. But the vw brand is still not updated

Hi, I will try to explain myself.

1. I installed petka 8.5
2. Patching to petka 8.6       or 
2a. I try to update the brands
3. All brands are updated except VW. 0 updates on this brand
4. I ONLY HAVE ONE DATA1 folder on VW brand, so I can't delete, modify or rename it. Because the VW brand gives an error, logically. NO DATA2 FOLDER exists in the vw brand.
5. I have tried to reinstall only the vw brand, 0 result
6. I have deleted the VW brand. I have reinstalled petka 8.5 only with the VW brand option, 0 result
7. This has happened to me both on the PC and on the laptop, very strange.

Could someone share their VW brand data1 folder?. Thanks very much.

Hello again Mr.Nobody, thank you very much for taking your time. Indeed the problem was that, the corrupt Data1 folder. I have only copied your Data1 folder and everything is finally solved and updated.

Have you created the VIN file for the car?

No, but the previous times entering any VIN has always worked, without any errors.
