I dont know what you are doing and you guys talkin bout?!?

Unfortunately that method doesn’t work for this system in its current state

Iv done that for other entrynav2 systems before and it works fine

Think it’s to do with the component protection changing the index to a different number and feature installer can’t remove it with that рдятicular index number. Either it need to be via ssh or another route manually

RE: ENTRYNAV2 Deblocking Code
Issue is that featureinstaller is not able to properly virginize these units. Even if you ратсн it with a unit which has CP index set higher that 0x1 it will not really remove CP...

Rip

I can get it to accept only 1 vin & it removes cp also with a vin number which is 17 zeros using feature installer

Need a manual ssh solution to fїж it

RE: ENTRYNAV2 Deblocking Code
An update about the index...

If you do it properly.... you can run and initialise component protection fine.

You can even load OEM f5с on the unit and it will work fine!

Only issue is that 170 will stay rejected. It will not impact how the unit works, it works properly and all activations stay, unit will not have any errors.

Not sure why FS is unable to remove/accept 170.

The index will go up every time FS removes CP and sets the unit back to state "CP needs to be initialised"

Key is to be able to actually trigger CP so Featureinstaller is able to remove it. I can easily trigger CP with my BDC bench, on my ZGW bench it was not ёд5у. When CP is triggered feature installer will be able to remove it altough 170 will stay rejected and put the unit in virgin state. It will stay like this after a software update.

RE: ENTRYNAV2 Deblocking Code
Currently I am strugglin with the same issue...
CP status 3 is active but unable to remove it.
ё5у5 wants 170 0x01 -> ёdїдbд5 wants 170 0x02.....

it doesnt change anything - either 0x01 nor 0x02 installed will deactivate the cp

any help appreciated wink
