You have it wrong look at the soldering
make sure there is no solder bridges (clean it up) and open the connector(25pin) and take a pic so we can see if its wired correctly inside if my post helps please give Reputation

Db25 looks ok
the soldering on the 24lc doesnt look ok also as i said im pm you need to reflash the carprog to 4.74 at least because you are using 4.01 fw if my post helps please give Reputation
