Besides J-Link and J-tag
Olimex ATM-USB-OCD and some universal programmer (or china clone universal programmer ) can do the job too. I personally use programmer orange5 and do it without removing AT88SC. by the way can somebody tell what is the difference (if any) between on-line ver.8.21 and this off-line ver.8.21 (ver. firmware 491KW) ? |

Some cars require online server
And just to add the at88c don't need removing I have never removed mine and flashed it many times over if my post helps please give Reputation
