I edited the .xml files from the default msi installation to point to your modified images and replaced the MD5 hash with a hash of your files. Will this work to trick ISTA into flashing your images instead of the unmodified image? Cool I'll share the XMLs if anyone else prefers ISTA interface instead of web browser. Simply place OP's files in the appropriate data directory, default: C:\ProgramData\BMW\ISPI\data\TRIC\ICOM\ICOM-Image-3-15-02 If you have already installed using the unmodified .msi, this directory will already have the protected image files and XML files, the image files can be left as is, must be deleted, moved to a new directory, or renamed like in the screenshot below. the XMLs and original .bin files need to be renamed similarly to the way I did it in the following photo. copy these highlighted files from the .7z archive and ISTA will be be tricked into upgrading OP's files via ISTA connection manager. Tested successfully.
