XZBMW  The online connection to central services has been disrupted
know it may be a stupid question. But just want to make sure my understanding is correct.

After I installed ISTA+, I tried to input VIN. And then I found some functions with yellow rectangle shows "the online connection to central services has been disrupted".

Just want to confirm, central services are the servers in BMW. And we cannot read data with our version ISTA+?

Then I have a question about how the dealer connect to central servers?
