I have a complete ICOM A1 ( Clone ) spare parts , it doesn't boot at all but I didn't bother to check what is the issue .. if anyone needs parts from it let me know .

Often the flux residues under quartz affect the work after some time. There are cases when mega16 is poorly soldered, but this is manifested in the first days of work.
