MCIC from my friend break down. I change with another used. 
I flashed with ISTA P, and i have correct VIN, but FSC date is newest then original MCIC.
It's possible to virgin MCIC fsc to use FSC repair pack ?

Can i use method from CIC:?

No, sorry, you will need a later dated set of fsc's from bmw

Are you still able to boot the old CIC for some minutes?

You can try ftp to the cic-m and copy the relevant data to the new one

If not working replacr swtcontroller with virgin one via ftp

Can I use SWTcontroller from CIC or i must search for file from mCIC?

In old one only Bootloader work. I try to read with FTP with DHCP server in laptop, but i cannot connect like in working one

Problem solved

I make this in this order:
- I virginize mCIC with file from link, that i put in first post
- CIC special service utility show me that "ROOT certificate" and "Software signatures" are Accepted, but "Signature Certificate" - "Not Existent"
- i put "Signature Certificate" with FSTool like in this topic:

- than i run ISTA P and import repair codes downloaded from ASAP.
- after reboot mCIC i must put FSC code correct to installed map
- after that it works correctly
