Hi, I now have the latest Esys installed as per your suggestion and it connects to the car. I would like to take your offer of help to update my DME (this may or may not help in my problem with the car). But while we make arrangements to do this, can you suggest the steps you would take and I see if I understand it. Cheers |

RE: BMW F20 116i DME Update
Ok guys, firstly I would like to say 'thanks' to jaramillo for the help in updating my DME. Unfortunately,
that did not cure my problem. So I sent my DME to be tested and I have just been informed that there is no issues with DME. I would be open to further suggestions from fellow members..I have checked the 'Voltage Control Module" as suggested and that is working fine. While I'm waiting for feedback and my DME, I shall check engine wiring. One other thing I noticed with 'live' data in ISTA..I was checking the Diagnose functions fuel 'Quantity control' did not display any info.??? Any Help would be appreciated. |

Disconnect fuel pressure sensor to create a fault then test it for plausibility. It is reporting low fuel pressure, we are sure HP pump is OK, so let us see if the pressure reader is reading correctly!!
