hi guys

i have problem with stepway 2014 petrol 1.6 engine after dead battery 
The problem is when I follow all the necessary steps for programming, nothing has been read no ISK and no PIN 
what is the problem ?
I tried reading it with FVDI the same thing
NOTE i am using V187 VERSION
