I don't know what you're doing, but unfortunately it's not right.  Just read and try to understand what you are doing.  That may not be good and right.  Unfortunately, I can't explain it well. 

Has anyone even looked into the diagnosis of the brand that is faulty!?

Hi, I will try to explain myself.

1. I installed petka 8.5
2. Patching to petka 8.6       or 
2a. I try to update the brands
3. All brands are updated except VW. 0 updates on this brand
4. I ONLY HAVE ONE DATA1 folder on VW brand, so I can't delete, modify or rename it. Because the VW brand gives an error, logically. NO DATA2 FOLDER exists in the vw brand.
5. I have tried to reinstall only the vw brand, 0 result
6. I have deleted the VW brand. I have reinstalled petka 8.5 only with the VW brand option, 0 result
7. This has happened to me both on the PC and on the laptop, very strange.

Could someone share their VW brand data1 folder?. Thanks very much.

Hello again Mr.Nobody, thank you very much for taking your time. Indeed the problem was that, the corrupt Data1 folder. I have only copied your Data1 folder and everything is finally solved and updated.

Set the PC date to January 3, 2023 and then start the installation

After insert activation code i try to update Porsche Databse , all bases were installed but at the end of installing, pet 8.5 is on same old Porsche database level , and i have o insert activation again,while starting pet 8.5

Data1(Porsche) folder may be corrupt. Do you have a Data2 folder in Porsche?. if so, rename the folder Data1 to DataX and Data 2 to Data1 and try

Data1(Porsche) folder may be corrupt. Do you have a Data2 folder in Porsche?. if so, rename the folder Data1 to DataX and Data 2 to Data1 and try

I have no Data 2 Folder, installed new several times, every time the same.
I can start Porsche pet every time without activation, until i try to upate Database from stock.
Files will be downloaded and installed, but pet ist still on the same Databse as before update and i have to insert activation code again

All its ok for me again !!! when it finised i make backap the files petka data for aal marks ,at nenxt instal you copy the folders data 1 nad data 2 and all its ok in last updates.
