Ow, i have already same problem, you can try (working for me)
In ISTA "replace module", "before replace" select all, start plan -> After finish disconnect, close ISTA, reconnect, do the same select all in "after replace" That will be reset all parts and sync Ride FAST ! Ride SAFE !
