You're in the same boat with me, also did one, first time I didn't mounted ENT switch, I mounted it after seeing no video was showing on navi, car is updated/coded. Although in official bmw retrofit pdf it shows that Entrynav2 it supports 3AG, I haven't seen actually one with this navi + 3AG camera that works so unless you guys really came across, this makes me believe that it might not be suported and requires nbt evo head unit.

I have seen entrynav2 with 3AG so I believe it is possible

I did one couple of weeks ago. After Ethernet switch and wiring according to correct diagram it worked without issues.

Do atm functions work? Just fast check if all eth wires are in the correct pins.

I will check that if ATM is working. Wires should be on correct pins. In SA606 ATM is connected to BDC, not HU and I have seen pins there. That's why I had to add ethernet switch.

Try adding 5DM instead of 3AG to FA and try to calculate TAL. You should see ICAM show up in the modules list and then you can VO code the car and necessary modules (HU_Entrynav2, ACSM5, ICAM, USS (PDC module), BDC_BODY2/3)

I've attached a picture of an X3 G01 made in 2018 with HU_ENTRYNAV2 and 6.5" screen with a rear-view camera. Unfortunately I don't have the VIN, but indeed it is possible and supported by BMW.

Interesting. I will check that too. I have checked FDLs after VO coding 3AG and everything was coded corectly for ICAM.

Short answer:
Change your HU to a unit whose HWEL begins with "5" and version 002.001.005

Long answer:
I encountered the same problem when I wanted to get carplay on my F44. I installed several HU, but got a problem with the rear camera. After a lot of investigation, it turned out that not all enavevo can work with ICAM via Ethernet. I found that HU with HWEL starting with “3” and “4” (I tried 000036CF and 000040E7) are not suitable for work. However, HU with HWEL starting with 5 work perfectly.
I tested 00005D1C and 00005D18 (with MOST connector). Also, all suitable units had version HWEL 002.001.005, perhaps it’s worth focusing on this

There are exacty 8 EntryEvo-HWEL´s on the market, that do not support ETH.
This has nothing to do Version 2 or 5!

36CF supports ETH and should work - doesn´t depend on the HWEL-Version. It also
supports ETH with Version 002.xxx.xxx
40E7 does not support ETH.

5D1C and 5D18 supports ETH.
