RE: Navi - GPS stuck after MGU replacement
Thank you Bakica.. that helped a lot.
it's a bit different scenario. appreciate if anyone has an idea. i'm sure its something related to the ATM since GPS comes from that. before the replacement the GPS was working fine. also appreciate if someone help on how to check the GPS signal status. |

RE: Navi - GPS stuck after MGU replacement
Did you get a MGU that matches the region of your car?
You cannot install a European MGU in a US car, for example. Your problem sounds like a coding issue. NBTEvo SSH & Retrofit

RE: Navi - GPS stuck after MGU replacement
Could you please check whether the ATM:
- has a valid GPS status ("3D position" would be perfect) - has a good ethernet connection (ethernet quality should be above 90 %) You can use tool32 for this. |

RE: Navi - GPS stuck after MGU replacement
Is the ATM version 1 or 2?
If version 1 - then MGU will need FSC 1A6 to disable IPsec to ATM. If version 2 - ATM has to be validated but it sounds like you have run validation on the car. Check with Esys on the Certificate Management tab - all units should show green - see screenshot attached Email: [email protected] Skype: [email protected]

RE: Navi - GPS stuck after MGU replacement
Minor correction - I wrote FSC 1A6 when I should have written 1A8.
If you are using OEM FSCs then the repair pack should contain what you need If you are using patch retrofit FSCs, contact whomever supplied them and ask for 1A8. HTH Email: [email protected] Skype: [email protected]
