IMHO you have air in the brake system. Bleed it properly using procedure in ISTA. Pedal only will NOT work.

Run DSC calibration again with ignition on, foot OFF brake and emergency brake down.

hydraulic unit failures are common on RWD. best to send the pump out to be repaired instead of installing a used pump.
