Yes, I got error even when try to read backup, p-flash, d-flash. Try bunch of power supply, usb cables. every time same...communication fault when unlocking ecu. When finally hexprog unlock ecu it read without problem but every readed files are different...

If you have autohex, you can transfer the isn.

Put here files from original and donor. I'll see if I can extract the isn and prepare updated file for the donor.

Yes, they told me that tool seems to work ok, but i could try replace one of transistor on pcb...really i dont think this will help, i order one and try but....buy tool, buy tunnig license...and not work as it should....

Thank you, as you see this files are usless. So reading donor files also will be wrong. If i write wrong files, i will dont have correct copy to restore so dont want to risk....this ecu are expences.

I got only this ori and donor ecu and dont see car yet. Customer bought dme, cas + key. Connect everythink, car start and shut off for a second....it sound like isn mismatch dme <> cas....

If car starts then ISN is correct!! But checksum is the problem

I have done many many MSv90 with hextag and not once did it fail. It must be something with your tool. Delete the hextag software and reinstall it. Then try again.

I did like you wrote but same situation. It unlock ecu 1 time on every 10 attemps. When it read, every reading is different....I dont understand that. Error in connection OK, but why reading are different? even in boot mode...

@willisodhiambo did you have any of part no. from first post?

I try on different bosch ecu and it work.
