Got exactly same issue as bmw335coding
using chrome maybe thats the problem??

And did you try with IE ?
Same advice to bmw335coding, you need to debug with Java Console to see what is the problem with Applet.

The right folder is visible in the ISTA_Light Webinterface Configuration.
