I have some interfaces, and many after the update it doesn't restart, and comes back with old firmware, others accept the firmware you put it in a car it works and then go to another one right after it doesn't work, I had another one that it doesn't recognize the modules.

can you elaborate on this please? i installed the .msi... when selecting the icom in ista, i click configure vehicle interface, brings up the configuration manager... but i cant find nor figure out what to do next to update to the 4-22-11

can you elaborate on this please? I am understanding not the screen where guyu had the 1 and 2 circled... you said back from that screen and hit the button next to the home button... that is the connection button that takes me to the icom state "firmware." once I get into the configuration manager i can not for the life of me figure out how to update... 

I run the .msi but nowhere in the program data folder or anywhere can I find the .bin files used in manual update... 

I am at a loss... 

one user posted the screenshot of the .tar.gz... and dont feel like that was right..

I feel like a fool!! I stumbled on a post from 2017 from a user that had the same problems as I and stated his ICOM clone was actually an A2... so I looked onto the update files posted here for the A2 and..... WHAT DO I FIND.... the damn .bin files!!

THANKS ALL FOR THE POSTS AND THE ADVICE FOR ALL NOOBS OUT THERE LIKE ME

Yes that why i asked picture from itoolradar, because you see on your picture A1, and you used fw from Next....

Hello, I have installed ISTA 4.32.15 and have A1 with FW 03.15.00. Ista is asking for a firmware update and I'm wondering which version to pick - 03-15-09 or 03-22-11 ?

Install one and try, if it wants newer still then load the next one. Surely you could just try it?
