few post before you told me this : "The ICOM-Next-04-22-21.msi is for ISTA 4.39.xx."

i fault when you told me this is mean if i upgrade my icom next to this last version who come with the 4.39xx i will be able to use it after this update only from 4.39.xx.

then i understand is not a problem to upgrade to the last firmware 04-22-21 and i can use it with my ista 4.29 or older etc i will have no any problem ?

ICOM Next can´t update firmware, can´t connect with web browser.
no settings, no firmware update.

on Itool rada  IP adress show 192.168.171.1
in Attributes IPadress 192.168.8.1
Firmware 147

in Ista show him, i don´t try on car, just turn on in room 
on 12V.

on Icom Led´are ON
COMM   = red !  al the time, from conection on 12V 
WLAN    = green
LAN       =green
SYSTEM = green

please what to do to get software update, and settings wifi, and red comm light 
off?

just to work normal

Hi there,

I was going through the pages reading up on how to update ICOM A2 clone. Some of you guys were successful to make it work. I hope I'll get mine to work again. Like I mentioned it was working with older versions of ISTA-D but when I've started updating ISTA-D from 3.xx and upward I can not establish connection with the car. I've updated firmware but still no luck.


Current PACKAGE IMAGE version:
03.22.21
Current SYSTEM IMAGE version:
01.31.00
Current APPLICATION IMAGE version:
01.49.00



I'm using ISTA-D 4.37.43 Standalone currently for E and F series however it can read voltage and then it asks me for the full VIN number and then it says that it can't connect to the car. 
Any idea can I still make use of it or is it junk ? Thanks in advance.

Do not use icom next firmware. Clones are not Next

In my archive you can find some old restoration bin file.
But I don't know for sure if it can be used, so at your own risk!
